Can I join as a complete beginner?

Yes! You don't need any experience to start. We have a class designed specifically for new beginners: our free Intro Lesson ensures that everyone enters a regular class comfortably and with a basic understanding of Jiu Jitsu.

What should I wear to my first class?

Comfortable training clothes work fine: T-shirt and shorts/leggings. If you already own a gi or rashguard, feel free to bring it.

Do I need to book in advance?

Please check our booking policy for advance reservations.

Do you offer a trial class?

Yes, we offer a free Intro Lesson for new students.

Where are you located and how do I get there?

We are located at Trondheimsveien 137, near Carl Berners plass. You can reach us by metro, tram, or bus.
